HOA Grounds and Operations Committee (GOC) for 2026 continues …
The purpose of these walkthroughs is to ID needed improvements in landscaping, trees / shrubs, irrigation, sidewalks, roadways and common areas in each community.
Please attend one of the following walkthroughs over the next two weeks. Additional walkthroughs will be announced later.
Thursday June 11th from 9:30am until 11:30am, Sea Port Square, including Crosswinds Landing east to East Point Beach monument. Contact Jeff Hutchins, community lead, at 443-745-3777. Meet at Sea Port Square and Crosswinds Landing.
Tuesday June 16th from 10:00am – 12:00pm, Commons III, Wild Rose Circle from Signature around to The Commons pool, including Dogwood Way and Clematis Road. Contact David Holdefer, community lead, at 443-472-3859. Meet at Wild Rose Circle and Signature.
Wednesday June 17th from 10:00am – 12:00pm, Commons I, Sunflower Blvd from Signature including Iris Way, Moon Beam and Blue Indigo. Contact Chip Sheehan, community lead, at 443-398-0618. Meet at Signature and Sunflower.
