As HOA Directors, the Board is responsible for overseeing and governing all aspects of the Association with an eye toward doing what is best for the overall community. There is a separate and distinct Bayside Condominium Board which governs the maintenance and oversight of the community condominiums.  The HOA Board’s efforts are supported by the homeowner volunteers serving on several key committees, including Finance, Grounds and Operations, Design and Review and Covenants.  There will be a minimum of four quarterly Board meetings as well as an annual HOA meeting in November.  All official meetings are open to homeowners, and the Board strongly encourages homeowner participation and involvement.
