Condominium HOA

The Condo Board manages the Association’s administration, budgeting, and assessment collection. Key duties include maintaining limited common elements, securing insurance, and keeping detailed financial records. The Board enforces governing rules, executes contracts, and exercises business judgment to perform all necessary acts to operate the Condominium and protect the interests of all members.
